ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Covid-19 Response - Walton Hall & Appleton Reservoir (24 Hour Clearway) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a 24 Hour Clearway, prohibiting Motor Vehicles from stopping or remaining at rest at any time, on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice to the extent as detailed in the said Schedule. The order will be effective from 26th March 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months & will be effective as & when indicated by traffic signs on site. This Order supersedes any contravening orders. The restrictions are required as part of the proposed relaxation in lockdown entering the summer months to address potential large numbers ot visitors in relation to COVID-19 pandemic response & recovery measures.

Entire lengths of road: Firs Ln; Hough's Ln; Park Ln; Walton Lea Rd
Warrington Rd - From Us jet. with Old Chester Rd in a southerly direction to a point approx. 145m south east of its jet. with Park Ln; Whitefield Rd - From its jet. with Walton Lea Rd to its jet. with Old Hall CI. Ref: High/2128

Cann Ln South, Appleton (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Cann Ln South from Dipping Brook to Appleton Footpath 20. The Order will be effective from 31st March 2021 for 3 days, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow for Cadent Gas to carry out customer connection works. Ref: High/2204

The Borough of Warrington (Town Centre) (Various Revocations & Moving Restrictions) Modification No. 1
Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,3,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to modify the Notice of Proposal advertised on 26th November 2020 titled The Borough of Warrington (Town Centre) (Various Revocations & Moving Restrictions) Order 2020 as follows: -
1. By the removal of the following:

9) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from proceeding along Bold St in any direction other than a northerly direction (Wilson Patten St to Museum St). Pedal Cycles will be permitted in any direction.

2. By the removal of the following revocation from "Schedule - Revocations":

The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads) In so far as it relates to the Fourth Schedule (One Way) as follows: (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic) Order 1976 Bold St between its jet. with Museum St & its jet. with Wilson
Patten St - From Museum St towards Wilson Patten St.
3. By the inclusion of the following:

10) To allow for Pedal Cycles to proceed along Bold St in a northerly direction (Wilson Patten St to Museum St).

Modification No. 1 Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to modify the Notice of Proposal advertised on 26th November 2020 titled The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 35) Order 2020 as follows: -
1. By the removal of the following:

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of:- No Waiting at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 14m in a northerly direction.

(b) In the 35th Schedule by the deletion of:- Waiting Limited to 1 Hour, Monday to Saturday, 8am hi 6:30pm, No Return within 1 Hour: Bold St (East Side) - From a point 13.7m north of its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 20m in a northerly direction.

(c) In the 71 st Schedule by the deletion of:- No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 14m in a northerly direction.

(d) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:- No Waiting at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 19m in a northerly direction.

(e) In the 35th Schedule by the addition of:- Waiting Limited to 1 Hour. Monday to Saturday. 8am to 6:30pm. No Return within 1 Hour: Bold St (East Side) - From a point 19m north of its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 15m in a northerly direction.

(f) In the 71 st Schedule by the addition of:- No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 19m in a northerly direction.

2. By the inclusion of the following:

(a) In the 65th Schedule by the deletion of:-

Loadinq & Unloading Only Bays. Any Time

All that part of the north kerb line of Cockhedge Way which is bounded on the north by so much of that highway as extends from a point 8.4m east of its jet. with Scotland Rd for a distance of 14.7m in an easterly direction & which has a width throughout of 2.7m.

(b) In the 96th Schedule by the deletion of:- Hackney Carriage Stands Clearway: Cockhedge Way - Stand on north side between vehicle entrance at rear of property numbers 2 & 4 & Scotland Rd.

(c) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:- No Waiting at Any Time: Cockhedge Way (North Side) - From a point 8.4m east of its jet. with Scotland Rd to a point 23.1 m east of Scotland Rd.

(d) In the 96th Schedule by the addition of:- Hackney Carriage Stands Clearway: Scotland Road - Stand on the north side between Winwick Street and access to Prince Henry Car Park. Ref: Net/1566
