The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Application No: 2021/38829 Proposal: Variation of Conditions (Major) - Proposed variation of Condition 16 (Travel Plan) on previously approved application 2019/35280 (Proposed warehouse) to allow for alteration to timescale written within condition 16 so it states that the Travel Plan can be submitted post occupation (3 to 6 months suggested) Location: Unit 4, Appleton Thorn Trading Estate, Lyncastle Road, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 4SN Applicant Mr David Deeley, Powerhouse Propco II S.A.R.L.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration.
The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major
Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town
and Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
