ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(as Amended) - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (DOULTON STREET. ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of January, 2021, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle to proceed in either direction along Doulton Street at its junction with Boundary Road, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.
The Order will come into force on Friday 22nd January 2021, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be 7 days. The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the replacement of a section of large diameter gas main.
