Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Proposal: Partial change in use of existing building from Class E (commercial uses) to Class C3 (dwelling houses) to create 18 flats with associated partial demolition and material alterations to the external appearance of the building, together with a new shop frontage to Church Street
