A49 Winwick Rd & Mill Ln (Prohibition of Driving. Clearway & Suspension) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is as follows:- Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: A49 Winwick Rd (northbound) - From Cromwell Ave to M62 jet. 9 Roundabout; Mill Ln - From its jet. with Winwick Rd for 50m. Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Burtonwood & Winwick) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Consolidation Order 2018 in so far as it relates to Schedule 2-75T Weight Limit on Mill Ln, Watery Ln & Hollins Ln. The Order will be effective from 5tti October 2020 for 5 weeks between 7pm & 1 am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Cromwell Ave, Calver Rd, Mill Ln, Watery Ln, Hollins Ln & A49 Newton Rd. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/2105
Gorsey Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Gorsey Ln from the railway bridge for a distance of 20m in a northwest direction & 20m in a southeast direction. The Order will be effective on Sunday 27th September 2020 between 9am & 3pm when signed on site. The alternative route will be via O'Leary St, Marsh House Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow network rail to carry out a safety examination of the railway bridge. Ref: High/2155
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment No. 32) Experimental Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that on 23rd September 2020 the Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1, 4, 9 & 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling Powers. The effect of the Order is as follows:-
I.The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-(a) In the 93rd Schedule by the addition of No Stopping on School Entrance Markings between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday: Passageway No. 1045 - From the southern extent of Passageway No. 1045 for a distance of 37.56m in a northerly direction; Passageway No. 1045 - From a point 37.56m north of the southern extent of Passageway No. 1045 for a distance of 37.56m in a northerly direction; Passageway No. 1045 - From a point 75.12m north of the southern extent of Passageway No. 1045 for a distance of 25.56m in a northerly direction.
The Order will be effective from Thursday 1st October 2020 & will remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months. The Council will be considering in due course, within the Experimental Order period, whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should continue in force indefinitely.
