NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Sudlow Lane, Tabley Superior
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install surface water outfall for the future Redraw Homes site
Prohibition of traffic - Sudlow Lane. Tabley Superior From the junction with Northwich Road to outside Sudlow Barns
The alternative route will be via Sudlow Lane, Pinfold Lane, Plumley Moor Road, Chester Road, Northwich Road and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on Monday 5 October 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 31 March 2021.

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL - (Tabley Road and Manchester Road, Knutsford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duly under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.
1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of road; Tabley Road (North Side) - from its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 29 metres in a westerly direction
Tabley Road (South Side) - from its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 38 metres in a westerly direction
Manchester Road (West Side) - between a point 10 metres north west and 10 metres south east of its junction with Tabley Road.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the following footpath: That length of Footpath No. 9 in the Parish of High Legh which commences at OSGR SJ 6856 8304 and runs in a generally southerly direction for approximately 89m to OSGR SJ 6855 8295.The closure is necessary to protect the public from danger. An alternative route is available on site.
