ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Covid-19 Response (Various Prohibitions, Restrictions & Suspensions in Lymm Village) Temporary Order 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions: -
1. Temporarily suspend the Order specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
2. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from waiting at any time in the roads specified in Column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Notice to the extent specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
3. To prohibit all vehicles including ridden pedal cycles and horse-drawn vehicles from entering the length of road specified in Column 1 of Schedule 3 to this Notice to the extent specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
The restrictions will be effective from 20th August 2020 for a maximum period of 18 months and will be effective as and when indicated by traffic signs on site. This Notice supersedes any contravening orders. The restrictions are required to facilitate COVID-19 response and recovery measures. Pedestrian access will not be affected.

Is suspended in so far as it relates to Schedule 2, Article (i) and the additions to Schedule 41 - Waiting limited to 20 minutes, Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.30pm, No Return within 40 minutes - The Cross (Unclassified) (North East Side) From a point 8 metres south east of its junction with A6144 The Cross for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction.
SCHEDULE 2 - NO WATING AT ANY TIME

From a point 8 metres south east of its junction with A6144 The Cross for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction.
ALL VEHICLES PROHIBITED FROM FRIDAY 6PM TO SUNDAY 11PM AND FROM FRIDAY 6PM TO MONDAY 11PM ON BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
From its junction with Eagle Brow for a distance of 55 metres in a northerly direction.
