Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and conservation area Application No: 2020/37428 & 2020/37427 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed removal of 1no. external ATM. Infill to aperture to match existing wall specification. Reinstatement of stonework to original state. Location: 23, Sankey Street, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA11XG Applicant NaiWest Group Pic, NatWest Group Pic The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
