ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Covid-19 Response - London Road. Stockton Heath (Suspension of Limited Waiting Bay) Temporary Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce the following restriction:-
1. Temporarily suspend the Order specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
The order will be effective from 13th July 2020 for a maximum period of 18 months and will be effective as and when indicated by traffic signs on site. This Order supersedes any contravening orders. The restriction is required to facilitate COVID-19 response and recovery measures.

Schedule 35 - Waiting Limited to 1 hour, Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm, No Return within 1 hour
London Rd, Stockton Heath (North East Side) - From the projected building line between property numbers 29 & 32 London Rd for a distance of 26.1 m in a southerly direction.
