ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) - SECTION 14M1 THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS  BOOTHS BROW ROAD. ASHTON IN MAKERFIELD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along Booths Brow Road between Rectory Road and the Wigan Boundary, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The Order will come into force on Monday 27th July, 2020, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be four weeks. The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the installation of electricity cable ducting. Dated this 25th day of June, 2020. L Harris, Executive Director, Place Services.
