The Borough of Warrington (Covid-19 Response) (Scotland Rd) (20mph Speed Limit & Suspension of
Hacknev Carriage Stand) Temporary Order 2020 Notice Is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:-
1. Temporarily suspend the Notice/Order specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
2. Introduce a 20 mph speed limit restriction on Scotland Road from a point 41 metres south east of its junction with Winwick Street to its junction with Bus Station mini roundabout.
The order will be effective from 2nd July 2020 for a maximum period of 18 months & will be effective as & when indicated by traffic signs on site. This Order supersedes any contravening orders. The restrictions are required to facilitate COVID-19 response & recovery measures.

Is suspended in so far as it relates
