ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 fas Amended) - SECTION 14M1 THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (LEYLAND GREEN ROAD. ASHTON IN MAKERFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of June, 2020, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle to proceed in either direction along Leyland Green Road between Winstanley Road and Birch Grove, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order came into force on Monday 8th June

2020, and will have a maximum duration of

eighteen months, but will terminate on completion

of the works, which is expected to be four weeks.

The reason for making this Order is to facilitate

the installation of electricity ducting.
