Proposed development at: 9 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2WL.
I give notice that Smarthomes is applying to the Southampton City Council for planning permission for the following: Erection of a part 2-storey, part single storey rear extension to facilitate conversion of existing building into 7 flats (5x studio and 2x 2-bed) with associated parking and cycle/ refuse storage (Submitted in conjunction with 20/00343/LBC). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
