THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (VARIOUS ROADS) (MOVEMENT RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT 28) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL proposes to make the above Order, the effects of which would be:
1. To remove the prohibition of cycling restrictions in the following length of footpaths:
(a) Bitterne Road Precinct Footpath, the entire section of footpath between Angel Crescent, Bursledon Road and the subway underneath Maybray King Way
(b) Maybray King Way / Bitterne Road East Footpaths, for its entirety Copies of the draft Order, relevant map and statement of reasons for proposing may be emailed on request or inspected during normal working hours at Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY. Further information may also be obtained from the Highways division on 023 8079 8021.
Any person wishing to object to the Order must write to the Highways Legal Team at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY or email Traffic.Orders.Legal@southampton.gov.uk quoting the Order Title you are objecting to and stating the grounds for objection, within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 5th June 2020) Dated: 15th May 2020
