Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:
Variation of Condition 3 of Planning Permission P/2015/0578 to increase the capacity of the stadium from 17980 to
25000 for open air concerts.

The development does not accord with the development plan in force in the area. As this is a householder or minor commercial application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
