Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Padgate Ln passageway rear of 106 to 134 (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Padgate Ln passageway to the rear of 106 to 134 from its jet. with Briarwood Ave to its jet. with Ashwood Ave. The Order will be effective from 8th April 2020 for 3 days, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Briarwood Ave, Padgate Ln, Ashwood Ave & vice versa. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to carry out wafer connection works. Ret High/2112
Well Ln. Appleton (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Well Ln from its jet. with Common Ln to its jet. with Moss Hall Ln. The Order will be effective from 14th April 2020 for 3 days, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to lay ducting in the highway. Ref: High/2113

A49 Winwick Link Rd & Waterworks Ln (Prohibition of Driving. Clearway & 20 mph Speed Limit) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving, clearway & 20 mph speed limit restriction as follows: A49 Winwick Link Rd (Northbound) - From A49 Newton Rd to M6 Jet. 22; Waterworks Ln - From A49 Winwick link Rd for 50m. The Order will be effective from 30tJi March 2020 for 8 weeks between 7pm & 5am when signed on site. The alternative route will be via A49 Newton Rd, A572 Southworth Rd, A572 Newton Rd, A579 Winwick Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/2100

Church Ln, Grappenhall (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) (Easter) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway on Church Ln from its jet. with Broad Ln to its jet. with Glebe Ave. The Order will be effective from 6th April 2020 for 2 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Church Ln, A56 Chester Rd, A50 Knutsford Rd, Bellhouse Ln & vice versa or via Broad Ln, Grappenhall Ln, A50 Cliff Ln, A50 Knutsford Rd, Bellhouse Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow for continuing works to Heritage Area reconstructing & relaying cobbled road surface, including work to improve drainage. Ret High/2104

Holcroft Ln (Prohibition of Driving, Clearway & 20 mph Speed Limit) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving, clearway & 20 mph speed limit restriction on Holcroft Ln for its entire length. The Order will be effective from 3rd April 2020 for 10 days with the 20mph Speed Limit in place at all times & the prohibition of driving & clearway on 4th & 11th April between 9:30am & 3:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via A574 Warrington Rd, A574 Birchwood Park Ave, A574 Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Ave, A57 Manchester Rd, Glazebrook Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required for bridge improvement works & footway/carriageway surfacing. Ret High/2095

Livingstone CI, Old Hall (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2020 The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway on Livingstone CI in the cul-de-sac section between property numbers 12 & 58. The Order will be effective from 6th April 2020 for 5 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The restrictions are required to allow for carriageway surfacing. Ret High/2089

Lovely Ln & Adj St's. Bewsey & Whitecross (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2020
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Lovely Ln - From A57 Sankey Way to Bewsey Rd; From Lovely Ln for 50m along the following lengths of road: Green St; Selby St; Percy St; Delamere St; Collin St; St Barnabas PI; Goulden St; Lexden St; Monks St; Radnor St; Clap Gates Ln. The Order will be effective from 30th March 2020 for 10 weeks between 7pm & 1 am, when signed on site. The works are to be undertaken in the following phases: Phase 1 - Sankey Way to Delamere St/Collin St; Phase 2 - Delamere St/Collin St to Wardour St; Phase 3 - Wardour St to Railway Bridge; Phase 4 - Railway Bridge to Bewsey Rd. The alternative route will be via Priestley St, Froghall Ln, Bewsey Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ret High/2098

Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 29) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2, 4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation
Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 79th Schedule by the deletion of Disabled Persons Parking Places:
All that part of the north east side of St Mary's St which is bounded on the north east side
by so much of the edge of the carriageway of that highway as extends from a point 14m
south east of Hewitt St in a south easterly direction for a distance of 6.6m, all measured
along the said road & which has a width throughout of 2.7m - Parallel to the kerb.
Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building,
New Town House, Buttermarket St, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday
to Friday.
All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of Legal Services, delivered by hand to the address above or emailed to

by 9th April 2020 & all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council & that the substance of any representation together with the name & address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
