WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENTS (CONSERVATION AREA) Application No: 2019/35217 Proposal: Householder -Proposed single / two storey rear extension.resubmission of application 2019/34305 Location: 34, Church Road, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OQQ Applicant: Mr Lee Hughes. Application No: 2019/34813 Proposal: Householder -Proposed ground floor extensions to side and rear elevations and first floor extension over existing garage Location: 8, Millbank, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 9DG Applicant: Mr Robert, Hamilton. Application No: 2019/35170 Proposal: Householder -Proposed removal of roof structure and construction of new converted loft inclusive of dormer windows to front and rear, plus first floor extension above garage. Garage conversion plus single storey rear extension along with refurbishment & remodelling works including new windows and extension doors and construction of new carport (Re-submission of withdrawn application reference 2018/33701). Location: Damar, Ferry Lane, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2SS Applicant: Joyce & Keith Melia. The Council has the above proposals under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
