ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Dundonald Ave Passageway gable of 2 (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Dundonald Ave passageway gable of 2 from its jet. with Dundonald Ave to its jet. with the passageway at the rear of 2 to 30 Dundonald Ave. The Order will be effective from 4:30pm on 14th July 2019 to 5am on 15th July 2019 when signed on site. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out fibre optic cable works. Ref: High/2012



Various Rds in Great Sankey South (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Maliston Rd - Entire length; Payne CI - Entire length; Huntley St

- Entire length; Hood Ln - Entire length; Dorchester Rd - From Hood Ln Nth to Rosemary CI. The Order will be effective from 1st July 2019 for 8 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm when signed on site. The alternative routes will be: Maliston Rd via Dorchester Rd, Fordington Rd & vice versa; Dorchester Rd via Sycamore Ln, Hood Ln Nth & vice versa; Huntley St via Marina Ave, Liverpool Rd, Hood Ln & vice versa; Hood Ln via Liverpool Rd, Old Liverpool Rd, A57 Sankey Way, Cromwell Ave Sth & vice versa. Ref: High/1971 Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.



The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 11) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 26th June 2019. The effect of the Order is as follows: -

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of No Waiting at Any Time: Harpers Rd (North Side)



- Between a point 13.65m south west & a point 13.65m north east of its jet. with Blackburne CI.



(b) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of No Waiting at Any Time: Harpers Rd (Both Sides)



- Between its jet. with the roundabout at Woolston Grange Ave & a point 30m south west of its jet. with Pasture Ln; Pasture Ln(Both Sides) - From its jet. with Harpers Rd, for a distance of 10m, in a south easterly direction.



The Order will be effective from 27th June 2019. Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 26th June 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Borough of Warrington (Linqley Green Ave) (Establishment of Pedestrian Crossing) 2019 Notice Is hereby given that the Council proposes to exercise its powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended & of all other enabling powers, by the installation of a Toucan Crossing on Lingley Green Ave located approx. 30m south west of the Lingley Green Ave/Whittle Ave Roundabout. 58-78 Oxford St) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2 & 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit motor vehicles on Passageway 817 to the rear of property numbers 58-78 Oxford St, from a point 1.6m north east of its jet. with Cumberland St for a distance of 1 m in a north easterly direction. Ref: Net/1534



Deposited documents for the permanent restrictions above may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to all of the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 18th July 2019 & all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council & that the substance of any representation together with the name & address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
