- Proposed pole mounted sign. Location: Police Station, Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington, WA4 2AF Applicant: Mr Martin Moss, Cheshire Constabulary. Application No: 2019/35063 Proposal: Listed Building



- Proposed minor works to form an internal lobby to provide protected means of fire escape from first floor accommodation. Location: Pickering Arms, Bell Lane, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2SU Applicant: Fazal, Punch Taverns PLC.



The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Application No: 2019/35200 Proposal: Full Planning (Major) - Proposed two storey side extension. Location: Rosevilla Residential Home, Penkford Lane, Burtonwood And Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 4EE Applicant: Peter Naserajah.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Applications as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

(CONSERVATION AREA) Application No: 2019/34970 Proposal Householder -Proposed Alteration of existing ground floor rear extension. Replacement of third floor rear bedroom skylight with new dormer window Location: 2, Rockfield Mews, Alexandra Road, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2AE Applicant: Mrs Cheryl Siddall. The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
