SARA EMMA JONES 05/3/1991 - 19/3/2009 10 long years ago that you left this world Sara, the heartache is indescribable, and we will forever feel incomplete without you. The world lost someone incredibly special when you left us. You had such a beautiful soul, and the biggest kindest heart, which is something that will live on forever.
