Blooming Great Tea Party for Marie Curie

As a local Marie Curie fundraiser I would like to thank everyone in Runcorn and Widnes for holding a Blooming Great Tea Party for Marie Curie Cancer Care this summer. There have been Mad Hatter’s tea parties, teddy bears picnics and even G&T parties. All of these gatherings of friends, neighbours and work colleagues have raised money to allow Marie Curie Nurses to continue to provide more free care to people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in their own homes. Every tea party, however big or small, has made a difference. There is still time for readers to hold their own party. The more parties that are held means the more nursing care we can provide to the people who really need our help. Anyone can register up until this Saturday to host a Blooming Great Tea Party, and all hosts will get a fundraising pack bursting with fabulous ideas.
