Why no apology to victims?

I notice on the front page of last week’s World (Wednesday, February 10) you had a story about Mr and Mrs Whittingham wanting an answer for their son’s death while in jail, and quite rightly so.

But there was no public apology from them, to the victims of his violent crimes.

So it stands to reason then, if he had been a law-abiding person, he would be alive today and three women would not have been attacked.
