Help needed to trace coat of arms

I WONDER if any of your readers could help me please?

For the past three years I have been attempting to discover the whereabouts or fate of the Lancashire coat of arms and Lancashire sign that were removed from the Runcorn/Widnes Bridge in 1977.

Despite extremely helpful assistance from Halton Borough Council my quest has so far proved unsuccessful. If any readers have any information concerning the coat of arms and sign I should very much like to hear from them.
