With the weather getting better there are no excuses for not joining Park Ranger Bill and Steve Evans and Friends when they go on the next Water ride from Wigg island via Spike island through Warrington with next to no traffic on Sunday 24 May starting 10:30 from Wigg Island.

We went on the First Water Cycle ride earlier this month ,see photos, it was a range of ages on a range of bike including folding versions, the ride was at a gentle pace in fact it took us 3 hours to cover the 15 miles, We went from Wigg Island through to Spike Island then along the St Helens canal to Warrington then returned via Moore Nature park, they were a very friendly bunch to ride with, talk about small world , I got talking to this lady who turned out to be the niece of my ex mate on the Ambulances at Widnes.
