Hello Folks, It has been manic again...

It included a birthday weekend which included an Indian meal, pub crawl, roast dinner and watching Villa thrash Wigan.

But I just seem to be getting cold after cold at the moment - each one going to my chest.

I am sure it is because everyone around me gets them and with my reduced immunity I get every ones...

It is realyl pissing me off as each time I don't recover enough before the next one hits so my lung capacity never recovers...

People don't understand how hard this is....

Lets hope all the garlic helps....not sure if my girlfriend would agree though!
