Mike Hughes has worked within the Training Dept at Halton YMCA on an Admin placement scheme for the last 6 months. Claire Bradbury - Deputy Chief Executive/Training Manager said "I must stress that he has impressed all colleagues with his determination and commitment, we are pleased to welcome him to the team".
On a personal note Mike has really worked hard whilst on placement and this shows in the fact that he has now been given a contract. This is how I started off myself at the YMCA so I wish him all the luck in the world and maybe he will be where I am one day, as I know he is interested in working in the youth environment and making a difference, as I did and still do.
Sorry about the photo Mike!!! But lets face it atleast I didn't put the 'leg waxing' one on!!!
