COULD somebody explain why if a family has two cars under the same owner only one can apply for the bridge crossing?
Why should people spend time and money to change the name on all documents and insurance with all possible complications for the payment of the car?
I think this restriction is not right, unless they just want to try to put more money in their pockets.
