Bushes, trees and pavements are not places to put dog mess
DOG walkers of Widnes, well done for picking up your dog mess.
That is the hard part I would think.
But once you have picked it up please take it home or put it in the bin, not in the trees, bushes, paths or pavements.
I would think you get the same fine for doing this.
Well done to the rest of the dog owners who do dispose of their mess properly.
