I THINK it is a great idea for us to have four more bank holidays.
Everyone else across Europe already has 12 compared to our measly eight.
But I am not sure how practical it would be to celebrate the UK’s patron saints.
Unfortunately the first three dates – April 23, March 1 and March 17 – are very close and November 30 is a bit too near Christmas.
