I AM writing to thank the Talking Through Music guitar therapy group.
If it was not for them, especially the guy who runs the group Ian Collinson, I could not have managed to attend every week as I have a fear of stepping out of my front door and being around other people.
As soon as I walked into one of their sessions for the very first time they all made me feel welcome.
Although I wanted to go back there I found myself still struggling to make it out of my front door to go to the next session.
But I made myself go and whenever I can make it I have been going there ever since.
I would also like to thank the NHS, which is funding the group.
If it wasn’t for this support the group would probably not exist.
Anyone who would like to join this guitar therapy group can drop in at The Brindley in Runcorn any Thursday between 10am and noon.
