I HAVE just returned from a weekend break to Dartmouth in Devon.
The town was litter and graffiti free with beautiful manicured gardens. Everywhere is freshly painted and well maintained.
Prosperous Conservatives who ran South Hams Council from 2010 to 2014 have had cuts of just £45 per person.
Labour-run Halton Council has had cuts during the same period of £278 per person, despite ranking the 10th worst in England for health deprivation and disability.
How can this be fair?
