Catastrophic
WITH regards to Tesco Metro closing, the shopping centre already has far too many plots empty and is losing money before it even loses one of its biggest earners.
The council needs to help the centre attract new business and keep the rents fair.
Or this could be catastrophic for Runcorn’s future.
