FOLLOWING last week’s letter from a Runcorn woman regarding her disabled mum, an Asda spokesman said all its stores meet the necessary legislative requirements for disabled access.
They added: “The Runcorn store has two wide aisle checkouts, which are clearly sign posted.
“We’re happy to help our customers in any way we can. If a checkout is closed we will always open one so customers can complete their shop as quickly and comfortably as possible.”
