VIKINGS are offering season ticket holders free travel to The Shay for the Northern Rail Cup semi-final with Halifax on Sunday, June 21.
The club are looking to replicate the magnificent support at Salford in 2008 when 2,000 fans created a superb atmosphere on the night and turned The Willows into a mini Stobart Stadium.
The competition is a vital one for the ambitious Vikings, with the competition winners being able to apply for a Super League licence in 2012.
Buses will leave Widnes at 12.30pm, returning immediately after the game, and travel is free for season ticket holders with non-season ticket holders able to take advantage of a discounted price of £3.
Places are limited and bookings can be made via the Club from 10am on Wednesday morning where travel tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Proof of being a 2009 season ticket holder must be shown at the time of booking to take advantage of the free travel offer.
The club are unable to take bookings for unaccompanied children under 16.
They are seeking to have the buses sponsored.
Contact the club for details of the sponsorship package.
