REFEREE Phil Bentham's exit from the clash between Widnes Vikings and Warrington has led to a penalty notice being issued.
The RFL Match Review Panel have handed Vikings second-rower Chris Houston two matches for Grade C reckless physical contact with Bentham in the 68th minute of Friday's game at Halton Stadium.
Due to Houston's relevant record, as in no offences in the past 24 months, he received a penalty at the lower end of the range.
Houston has until 11am tomorrow to challenge the decision.
