DENIS Betts has named skipper Kevin Brown in his 19-man Widnes Vikings squad to face Warrington Wolves at the Select Security Stadium on Thursday, kick off 8pm.

Brown is set to return from a hamstring injury, and back rower Danny Galea could also figure after overcoming concussion, though Patrick Ah Van, Hep Cahill and Paddy Flynn are currently sidelined with injuries.

Lloyd White is back in contention but the biggest surprise is Danny Tickle's inclusion, thought to be out of the reckoning with groin trouble but his operation is now confirmed for Saturday morning and therefore could be called on to play.
