Widnes Vikings stakeholders gathered at the Select Security Stadium for the annual ‘One Club’ photo on Saturday.

The ‘One Club’ philosophy is a simple way of defining the culture of the Widnes Vikings.

James Rule commented: “I am very proud to be part of an organisation where each and every stakeholder is aligned with the shared objective of improving our organisation and driving the evolution of the Widnes Vikings.

"There is a huge range of stakeholders that form an integral part of our organisation and uphold our Club values. From the volunteers that work with our development squad, through our player performance pathway of scholarship, academy and first team players, to the administration staff, coaches and board of directors.

"It is often difficult to find opportunities to thank and recognise each and every one of the stakeholders. With that in mind we organise an annual ‘One Club’ photograph when we aim to bring our entire organisation together to capture an image of the people that make our Club.

"Each year, the ‘One Club’ photograph is hung with pride in the tunnel at the Select Security Stadium and in the administrative offices at the Club.

"Last year we were humbled to be awarded the ‘Club of the Year Award’. It is without doubt that our award can be directly attributed to the hard work and dedictaion of each and every person that shares our ‘One Club’ philosophy at the Widnes Vikings.”
