WIDNES Vikings player Willie Isa has been charged with two disciplinary offences following incidents in the Tetley’s Challenge Cup semi-final against Castleford Tigers at Leigh Sports Village.
Isa has been charged with Grade B dangerous contact on Castleford Tigers player Kirk Dixon in the 62nd minute of the game. He has also been charged with Grade B dangerous contact on Andy Lynch of Castleford Tigers in the 63rd minute.
Isa does not have the option of submitting an Early Guilty Plea and will face an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday August 12.
If found guilty for both offences, the bans would be totted up meaning that Isa could potentially miss the last four league games.
