Bridge started this game against the strong Reos side well, and within 10 minutes had a good chance when Jordan Nearys shot flew wide after Liam Sweeney put him clear. Andy Edgar then nearly came close after Josh Smith skillfully put him through, Reos keeper bravely diving at his feet to keep it 0-0. Reos then had a shot blocked by David Sheakey who threw his body in the way to block Ste Lathams shot before Liam Sweeney danced through past 2 defenders and smashed the ball across the Reos goaline, only to see it go to safety. 25 minutes in Lewis Watsons menacing cross as headed goal wards by Liam Sweeney, Reos keeper diving full stretch and brilliantly saving to keep it deadlocked and 0-0 at half time. Lewis Watson then had a long range effort saved before Si Burton had a good chance for Reos which also flew past the post. On the hour mark Reos took the lead when Ste Lathams well hit shot found the bottom corner to give the home side a 1-0 lead. Bridge retaliated with Lewis Watson bringing another good save from Tony Kelshaw before Andy Stringer, i the Bridge goal saved brilliantly from Kev Towey who was clear on goal after finding space but after trying to take it round the keeper, Stringer brilliantly claimed the ball and sent Bridge on the attack, Andy Edgar received the ball and made space for himself and smashed the ball home to equalize from just inside the box. Jordan Neary and Liam Sweeney both brought excellent saves from Kelshaw in the dying minutes but overall, a draw was a worthy result.
