Waterlooville F.C. 0 Bridge Timber F.C. 5 Bridge were the dominant side from the off with Ricky Thompson, Robbie Davis and Lee Parry going close with good efforts before Liam Sweeney broke the deadlock in the 20th minute after Ricky Thompson's menacing cross was headed home from 10 yards to give Timber a well deserved lead. Sweeney then again came very close to doubling Timbers lead with a fierce shot that just flew past the post. Waterloo had a shot of their own in the 38th minute, Timbers keeper Chris Thompson saving easily before finding Sweeney with a 50 yard ball for Bridge to attack with the waterloo keeper saving well. Karl Jenkins was having a good solid game at full back and accurately found Ray Mcdonald in the box and he neatly headed home to give Bridge a 2 goal lead at the break. Waterloo had a great chance to pull a goal back from the re start, Chris Thompson saving well before Peter Murphy cleared it off the line before Ricky Thompson danced round 4 waterloo players before unleashing an unstoppable shot into the corner for 3-0. Jordan Neary then scored a great goal, lobbing the keeper from 25 yards after Karl Jenkins found Mcdonald in space on the edge of the box before laying it off for Neary to delightfully find the net for number 4. Ray Mcdonald then struck the cross bar in the 80th minute and Peter Murphy was just shielded from the ball before it was cleared for a corner. With the game going from end to end, Chris Thompson again saved well to keep yet another clean sheet for Bridge before Ray Mcdonald scored goal number 5 in the final minutes to wrap up a comprehensive win for Bridge, Ricky Thompson was awarded man of the match for Bridge .
