Wids invite youngsters to try their hand at rugby

Widnes Rugby Union Club would like to invite boys and girls from 6-10yrs of age (school years 1 to 5) to try their hand at Rugby Union each Wednesday at 6.30pm over on Prescot Road Playing Fields.

No experience is necessary, and all our Coaches are RFU Qualified.

U7s & U8s play 'tag rugby'- a non-contact evasive game, whilst the U9s & U10s play a structured contact game.

The emphasis in all sessions - training and games - is on enjoyment and fun.

The season starts in October and continues through to May.
