BRIDGE Timber’s hopes of retaining their Runcorn Sunday League Premier Division champions title faded with the draw against an awkward Waiting Rooms side.

Still under strength with the team ravaged by injury, Timber were marginally the better side in blustery conditions.

Bridge took the lead when Lewis Watson was brought down in the area and Karl Jenkins stepped up and smashed the penalty shot into the top corner.

Waiting Rooms got their equaliser four minutes into added time.
