Widnes will be looking to turn things around this weekend and get back to winning ways, when they take on Wilmslow at Heath Road.
Lee McDermott’s side were fortunate to come away with the points from the first game between the two sides back in October after looking like they were going to run away with it.
That day, stand off and ace goal kicker Bob MacCallum fluffed an easy conversion attempt which would have given his team a share of the spoils right at the death.
Since then, Wilmslow have continued to blow somewhat hot and cold this season and currently lie ninth in the table.
They only have two away wins this season, but last weekend managed to put a break on in-form Broughton Park in a 12 – 12 draw.
The game kicks off at 2.15pm
