A REAL humdinger of a contest lies in wait on Saturday, 2.15pm, when Widnes take on Broughton Park in North One West at Heath Road.
Widnes were more than fortunate to win the first game between the two sides back in September, scoring with the very last play of the match. But, since then, Park have really begun to find some form which they showed in the 47-0 drubbing of Liverpool St Helens in their own back yard last Thursday evening.
Widnes were missing ten players last weekend in their win at Leigh, and Head coach Lee McDermott will be hoping that he can call on some of his missing charges this coming weekend.
