Hundreds of £10 notes have been scattered across London in a bizarre PR stunt, with many dropped in Bexley.
The £10 origami dogs have been let loose on the streets of Bexley, Thamesmead, Sidcup and Belvedere with a grand total of £5,000 up for grabs.
The stunt from Beagle Street insurance company is designed to highlight research which suggests the average person overpays on their life insurance premium by £109 a year.
The company, which spent 125 hours folding 500 paper canines, says the dogs will “put money back into people’s pockets”.
