New British citizens welcomed to Halton

FOUR new British citizens have been welcomed to Halton.
Four people born overseas have attended a citizenship ceremony at Runcorn Town Hall.
They include Bang Thi Nguyen, from Vietnam, Ana Nicoleta Pownall, from Romania, Margaret Aston, from Poland, and Benjamin Mutinda Kiilu, from Kenya.
