PROFESSIONAL artists have brought life back into an old building in Runcorn.
Hazelhurst Craft Studios, named after the famous soap manufacturer who built the chapel in High Street, now offers a range of courses and workshops.
More than 50 people came to an open day on Friday to see the new facilities.
One of the artists behind the scheme, Carys Hughes, said: "We had very positive comments including a new member and lots of enquiries.
"It was interesting to hear what people wanted from us and due to interest ,we will be running an accredited felting course."
It is part of the Creative Runcorn scheme which aims to inject a new artistic life into the town Activities will benefit to people of all ages, abilities and social groups within the local community as well as supporting local artists.
