TOP comic John Bishop returns to the Laughterhouse for a one-off intimate comedy club gig at The Slaughter House in Liverpool, on Wednesday, September 12.
John, who went to school in Runcorn, will be trying out new material in advance of his Liverpool Echo Arena shows next month.
Last year, John performed to more than 400,000 fans in nationwide sell-out tour, topped the charts with the fastest selling stand up DVD of all time.
With his primetime BBC One show, John Bishop’s Britain regularly broadcasting into the homes of over 6.5 million viewers, he has become a comedy superstar.
Paula Harrington, director of Laughterhouse Comedy said: “We are absolutely delighted to have John Bishop perform this exclusive pre-Arena gig at the Slaughter House.
"John played here many times on his rise to fame and always loved the venue."

All tickets, standing and seated, are £20, with profits going to Radio City’s Cash For Kids.
