Police appeal after play equipment is set on fire in Castlefields

VANDALS torched a Runcorn play centre last night.
Emergency crews discovered furniture had been set on fire inside Woodlans Place Centre in Castlefields Avenue East, at 11.15pm on Sunday.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze and dispersed the smoke with a large industrial fan.
The police are appealing for witnesses.
