Mel C at the closing ceremony
SPORTY Spice returned on Sunday as a spectacular closing ceremony brought down the curtain on London 2012.
Widnes born former Fairfield High School pupil Mel Chisholm starred in the performance of the Spice Girls in the Olympic Stadium that celebrated the best in British music.
Also among the acts were The Who, One Direction and Take That.
